To reset a user’s mailbox password, follow the steps below:
- Log into the Control Panel.
- Click “Users” link in the “Users” section of the main dashboard.
- In the Users dashboard, locate the appropriate user whose mailbox password you want to change and click the “Display name” link.
- Click the “Change Password” button.
- Enter the new password in both text fields provided.
NOTE: Do not click the “Generate new password” button.
- Click the “Submit button”.
