Reset a Mailbox Password by Local Admin

To reset a user’s mailbox password, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Control Panel.
  2. Click “Users” link in the “Users” section of the main dashboard.
  3. In the Users dashboard, locate the appropriate user whose mailbox password you want to change and click the “Display name” link.
  4. Click the “Change Password”¬†button.
  5. Enter the new password in both text fields provided.
    NOTE: Do not click the “Generate new password” button.
  6. Click the “Submit button”.
