**How to wipe my ActiveSync device remotely**
1. Login to Outlook Web Access with the specific account you would like to remotely wipe from the mobile device.
2. Select “Options” and then select “See All Options“.
3. Select category “Phone“.
4. Select the “Mobile Phone” Icon. Choose the specific device you want to wipe. Select the “Wipe Device” button.
5. Select the “Yes” button if you want to continue to wipe the exchange data from the mobile device. If not click “No”
6. If you selected yes then the device will be scheduled to be wiped.
