Exchange 2013 Mobile Phone Configurations


Make sure the ActiveSync option is turned on for the mailbox.


  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap “System settings”
  3. Tap “Account”
  4. Tap “Add account”
  5. Tap “Corporate”
  6. Enter your e-mail address in the “Email address” field.
  7. Enter your password in the password field.
  8. Tap “Next”
  9. In the “Domain\Username” field  enter  the “Windows domain\user name” which can be found in the control panel, under the mailbox (Looks like “H01\user123”).
  10. Enter ’’ in the “Server” field.
  11. Make sure “Use secure connection (SSL)” is checked.
  12. Tap “Next”
  13. Tap “OK” on the dialog popup.


  1. Tap “Settings”
  2. Tap “Mail, Contact and Calendars”
  3. Tap “Add  Account”
  4. Tap “Microsoft Exchange”
  5. Enter your e-mail address in the “Email” field.
  6. Enter ‘H01’ in the “Domain” field.
  7. Enter the username found under the “Windows Domain username” in the mailbox control panel in the “Username”. It will look like “H01\user123”, the part after the back-slash will be the username. So in the expample, ‘user123’ would be put in the “Username” field.
  8. Enter in your password in the “Password” field.
  9. Tap “Next”
  10. If this fails, enter ’’ in the “Server” field.
  11. Select the items you want to have synced.
  12. Tap “Save”


  1. On start page, swipe left to App list.
  2. Tap “Email + accounts”
  3. Tap “Add an account”
  4. Tap “Outlook”
  5. Enter your email address and password.
  6. Tap “Sign In” has written 85 articles
